[ Flash ] Massive manipulation
France does not assassinate American citizens on American soil - or elsewhere.
France does not go around assassinating inconvenient critics. De Gaulle’s old commandments still hover like a ghostly rulebook: no hits during peacetime, and definitely not on fellow Frenchmen. It’s a sort of moral high ground à la française—clean hands proudly displayed, yet this virtue can somewhat be selective if one has joined a terrorist organization that has directly targeted France.
Assassinating an American citizen in the United States… what next?
What is clear, however, is the manipulation.
By terrorizing Candace Owens—by having her contacted by a ‘credible’ source (and it’s easy, for organizations with the means, to impersonate an identity in a way that is credible and verifiable)—the goal is to spread completely false information:
– The GIGN does not operate outside French borders; they are gendarmes, law-enforcement officers, one the world most elite SWATs.
– The 13th Demi-Brigade of the Foreign Legion is not a team of assassins but shock troops.
– The Club des Cent is a gastronomic club. Its members eat and drink; they do not fund assassinations.
– And France does not assassinate its own nationals unless they have joined an enemy army or a foreign terrorist organization that directly targeted France. So Xavier Poussard is safe.
The virality of Candace Owens’s statements is such—again, no reason to doubt she was actually contacted by a source whose role was to feed her disinformation—that it will be enough for Emmanuel Macron and his crew to say, ‘Look at social media,’ and thus justify censorship… not to mention that it will also help discredit Candace Owens, which will greatly please those who unconditionally support the now criminal State of Israel.
Why do you think the Élysée doesn’t respond to such accusations? Because the sauce hasn’t thickened yet. You’ll see—they’ll do it tomorrow, right before the evening news.
Maybe we should stop being foolish and falling for traps, especially when they’re this crude?
